Pesto Pizza

I had some pesto to use up last night so I found this recipe and Dallan and I both really liked it. It's not very kid-friendly, so Claire got a frozen waffle, but Dallan told me it was the best thing I've ever made. (He's a nice husband who will eat anything though, and he tells me that a lot so it's hard to take him seriously.) It was good though!

Pesto Pizza

1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust (I used a pillsbury unbaked crust for the sake of time and it was good)
1/2 cup pesto
1 ripe tomato, chopped (didn't have one so I left it out)
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped (used a red pepper)
1 (2 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (I also added about 1/2 cup mozzarella)

Spread pesto on pizza crust. Top with tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, red onions, artichoke hearts and feta cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
