Bountiful Baskets

Have any of you ever heard of Bountiful Baskets? I'm sure that most of you have, but for those of you who haven't, here's the scoop.

Bountiful Baskets is s Food Co-op. You register online, pay $16.50 and get tons of fresh fruit and vegetables. If you are interested, go online to their website and register. You can also read more about how it all works.

As for me, this is only the second time that I've done this. I picked it up this morning, and now I have to decide how to use all of this yummy food.

What do you think I should make?

I have some ideas, but I'd love to hear yours.

Take a look at the picture above, and tell me what types of things you would make with this food!

  1. I picked up my Bountiful Basket and already chopped up the two stalks of celery and put them in the freezer. My husband went to Costco the day before and bought things that also appeared in the Bountiful Basket so.... we have a lot of produce. A LOT of spinach and A LOT grapes.

Mango Salsa will be delicious, though.

  3. When we get mangoes, Scott peels them and eats them whole. He says it reminds him of his mission. Put the grapes in the freezer and then make a vanilla bean fruit dip. Yummy!!
