Blondies
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick soft butter
Mix together and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Cream together:
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar (about 3 3/4 cups)
2 eggs
Pour this over the cake mixture. Do not stir. Bake at 350 deg. for 40 to 45 minutes.
